Customer Success Engineer

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has begun their journey in the tech industry and is eager to deepen their expertise in customer engagement and technical support. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming our clients’ business requirements into practical, efficient system solutions, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Engagement & Support:

  • Engage with prospects and customers, understanding and addressing their technical needs.
  • Translate business requirements into system designs and configurations.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Seek opportunities for product customization and enhancement.

Customer Feedback & Product Development:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product development.
  • Conduct training to enhance customer understanding of our products.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success tools.
  • Good understanding of HTML, XML, JSON.
  • Experience in Life Sciences Informatics is a plus.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
