Experienced Salesforce Developer

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join Simploud, bringing expertise to enhance and expand our Salesforce-based platform. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO (who is currently leading development efforts) and external teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions for our customers. As Simploud grows, this role will evolve into building and leading our R&D team, shaping the future of our product and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

Integration

Collaborate with external development teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth workflows across systems.

Platform Maintenance

Maintain, optimize, and enhance Simploud’s Salesforce-based solutions to improve performance and scalability.

Problem Solving

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Collaboration

Work closely with the CEO to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Team Leadership (Future Role)

Build and lead the internal R&D team, mentoring new developers and establishing best practices for development and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce development experience in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Integration Skills: Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including external developers.
  • Leadership Potential: A passion for mentoring and leading teams, with an interest in taking on management responsibilities in the near future.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, or other relevant certifications.
