Sales Development Representative

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating a robust sales pipeline through multiple channels. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Prospect via call, email and social strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year prior experience in SaaS preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience carrying and exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Confident and driven with the ability to drive and own the strategy.
