We began our journey designing and implementing compliance solutions for life science companies in 2006. Over the years we have been involved in hundreds of quality software implementations, need analyses, and solution designs for leading life sciences and digital health companies. And while some may not understand why, we are truly passionate about compliance.
Prior to co-founding Simploud, Sagie was the Lead Solutions Architect at Sparta Systems and built solutions that are still in-use today and over time became industry best practices. Sagie is a tech guru with more than 35 years of technical experience, from basic programming to full stack salesforce development.
He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering.
Prior to co-founding Simploud, Tamir started a consulting company focused in the quality and compliance space, helping companies operating in regulated industries implement quality software solutions. Prior to that he headed the professional services organization at Sparta Systems.

Tato is the co-founder of UBQ. Prior to UBQ, Tato co-founded and managed Merhav Renewable Energies (MRE) which was successfully sold in 2008. In addition, Tato was the President and CEO of Ampal-American Israel Corporation which is traded in NASDAQ. He is a member of the Board of the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He holds an MBA and BA in Business from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Alon has more than 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, having served on executive teams with Comverse, Telmap (sold to Intel), Ecoppia, Windward and Cognata. He has extensive experience with selling cloud-based and on-premise solutions. Alon is currently the CEO of DriveU, a teleoperations platform for remote operation of vehicles. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University.
Itay is the founding managing partner of EdRITECH, a Fund of tech funds, a member of the Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity partnership. Itay is highly experienced and well connected tech professional, with over 20 years in the Israeli tech industry in product, marketing, strategy, business development and investment positions. Itay is a graduate of IDF’s special intelligence program. He holds an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University.
Roger is an American biochemist and professor of Structural Biology at Stanford University School of Medicine. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2006. His industry collaborations include partnerships with companies such as Teva Pharmaceuticals, ChromaDex, OphthaliX, Protalix Bio Therapeutics, Pacific Biosciences, and others. He holds a PhD in Chemical Physics from Stanford and a BA in Chemistry from Harvard University.
