Junior Customer Success Engineer

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Role Summary:

This role is ideal for someone who begins their journey in the tech industry and is eager to deepen their expertise in customer engagement and technical support. We’re looking for students with 2 years of remaining studies who can work 100 hours a month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Engagement & Support:
    • Translate business requirements into system designs and configurations.
    • Provide ongoing technical support, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of our solutions.
    • Seek opportunities for product customization and enhancement.

    Customer Feedback & Product Development:

    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product development.
    • Conduct training to enhance customer understanding of our products.
    • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant education, industrial, biomedical, or biotechnology engineering or information systems management.
  • Strong ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success tools.
  • Good understanding of HTML, XML, JSON.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
